South Notts Computers Ltd reserves the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our discretion.

Products are subject to availability and we will endeavour to inform you if an item is out of stock or discontinued. Prices are subject to change at any time. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Payment & Delivery

All prices are stated in GBP, are inclusive of VAT. All prices are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery. Prices displayed on the website apply to online purchases only.

You pay for the items which you order online by supplying your credit/debit card details to our secure payment partner PayPal when you order. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, you will be advised at the time of payment.

South notts Computers will not be liable for any interest charges made by your credit/debit card company during the process.

South Notts Computers Ltd will endeavour to deliver your items within 7-10 days. However as certain orders may take longer please allow up to 28 days for delivery. If you have any questions about your order with us please get in touch through the contact page.

Reservation of Title, Damages & Returns

Title of goods passes upon full payment by the buyer of all and any such sums as are due. Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery. All goods must be inspected at time of delivery. All damages must be notified to South Notts Computers Ltd within 7 days. Returns will only be accepted within 14 days notification, must be unopened and in a re-saleable condition and are subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Privacy & Security

All reasonable steps are taken to protect your personal details in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will not sell or use information we receive about individuals without consent or unless required to do so by law. Please be aware that we never store your credit or debit card details as all processing is carried out by our secure payment partner PayPal.
